Sharing My Q1 Empties
The products I used and finished in Q1
Hi friends!
I know I talk about trauma recovery 99% of the time here, but I also am a sensitive skin, chronic illness girly still managing long-term, chronic eczema, so I try out a lot of different skin and wellness products to see what works best for me. I also just love variety and trying out different stuff because it gives me dopamine!
Here are the products I finished in Q1, with links for you to check them out. All are non-sponsored, but some do have affiliate links, which I will note!
LaRoche-Posay Gentle Cleansing Oil
I bought this when I had severe eczema and still love it! I use it as a face cleanser, but also useful for the body, too. It cleanses the skin without stripping any moisture and is great at removing makeup. It’s also really affordable (in my opinion) for being such a large size bottle; this lasted me over a year of daily use.
Price: $10.99-$19.99 depending on size | Link here
CeraVe Skin Renewing Night Cream
Simple, reasonably affordable, eczema-friendly basic. Very similar to their lotion, but feels a bit thicker for nighttime moisturization. Didn’t sting or burn when applying. Lasted about 2-3 months for me with nearly daily use.
Price: $21.99 Link here
Maybelline Sky High Mascara in True Brown
Love the brown color, affordable, nothing to complain about. Waterproof is not for me. Didn’t irritate my sensitive eyes! Didn’t get dry and crusty quickly, felt like it lasted a while, but I also don’t wear mascara very often.
Price: $9.03 Link here
Wunderground’s Brain Wash Mushroom Powder
I’m a believer in medicinal mushrooms! This is a powder you add to coffee, and I think it tastes good; slightly sweet and earthy flavor. They also have a version that includes Instant coffee right in the packet, which I LOVE for busy mornings when I have to run out the door. It doesn’t give me anxiety like coffee often does.

CeraVe Hydrating Serum
Fairly affordable, eczema-friendly hyaluronic acid serum. No stinging or burning! I apply this on damp skin before moisturizer for extra hydration. Lasted me 2-3 months of daily use.
Price: $22.99 Link here
Kevin Murphy Bedroom Hair Hairspray
Best smelling hairspray everrrrrr!!!! I wish it was body spray! Light hold, nothing heavy. Helps give me texture. Lasted ~4 years (used infrequently). Need to rebuy whenever I’m at the hair salon next.
Price: $22-38 Link here
Needed Women’s Multivitamin
I’m tired of my doctor telling me I’m low in 3 different vitamins (lol) so I’m trying to be consistent. This one delivers 4x more nutrition than the average of leading women's vitamins, according to their website. This brand is also well known for prenatal vitamins so if you’re in that realm, it might be worth checking out all their stuff!
