I hear you and understand. I did a TON of healing work alone, and have found a lot of support within community and professional support, such as working with a trauma-informed therapist.

Sometimes there’s is more to our surroundings than meets the eye… lots of healing can also be done alone. Both is possible, it’s not an either or. Both is good. There is god, there is nature and animals. We used to have more capacities to understand our surroundings but often leaning on a tree and having a little convo can be more healing that the constant chatter of humans. These beings have old wisdom, but it takes time to rewire yourself to be able to perceive it. It was once our full nature and cutting this connection lies at the core of the destruction of nature and the catastrophes we see today.
